It is a real time sink if you want to be able to properly play the game. But over 1650 hours and 157 achievements later, I'd say it is definitely worth it. The game is absolutely amazing and makes you really rack your brain. I must say tho that Paradox and eu4 have had a really tough year in 2021. They established a new office in Barcelona called Paradox Tinto and they have alot of backlash for a troublesome release of the emperor DLC last year and the Leviathan DLC earlier this year, in the summer. Now with the release of Origins a little while back, I feel like the game runs better and plays better again. I hope they continue developing new content and keep updating the game. It's my most played and my favorite game by miles.

Yeah absolutely. I'm at 3100 rn and still love it the same, maybe even more so. The DLC's are honestly fine. not alot of crashes and bugs anymore in my own experience, but you do need a decent piece of hardware to be able to run the game smooth (or run performance enhancing mods). Anyway, great brainteasers yes

OMG 1650 hours?! That's dedication! I've heard of the issues with the DLCs, but I'm glad it's running better now. Gotta love a good brain-teaser tho! 🧠
