Hi, I'm a regular player of your game SAR, I've been playing your game for over 80 hours in total, I've bought two DLC and recommend the game to my friends. I really like this game, but there are some things that really bug me about it.
Often in this game there are russians who are very proud of being terrorists and write slogans such as “гойда”, “z”, "СВО" in the general chat. I live in Ukraine and russian aggression has deprived me of my home and my family, how do you think I feel when I see that your game does absolutely nothing about it?
Today I saw a Ukrainian in the game and decided to greet him with our national phrase, which has nothing terrorist in it, but expresses support for Ukrainians: “Слава Україні” but for some reason your game says it's ”Offensive language.” That is, in your opinion, terrorist calls from a country that publicly kills thousands of people every day and organizes genocide not only of the Ukrainian population, but also of the Georgian, Kazakh, Moldovan, etc. are normal. But when people who are victims in this war and are losing their families and homes want to support each other with non-terrorist calls, this is, as you say, “offensive language.” I'm ashamed of you, I'm ashamed that I'm wasting so much time on a game that supports terrorists.

I hope to receive your response to my message, and also to see changes in the game that would show that your game is worthy of promotion in a civilized community in the future.

“Thank you for playing and supporting Super Animal Royale. We have always been striving to make SAR a place where all people could feel comfortable and safe. In this regard, any mentions and discussions of politics and political events are prohibited in the game chat.

“Glory to Ukraine” has been added to the chat filter along with ‘Glory to Russia’, as both of these statements are actively used in the context of the war in Ukraine. We understand that our chat filtering system is not perfect yet, but we always try to improve it and promptly respond to player complaints.

Since the beginning of the war, we have added to the filter numerous words and expressions used by both sides of the conflict, and words such as “swing”, “z”, “SWO” are also not welcome in game chat, and there are penalties for their use. We kindly ask all players to report violations in the game to us so that together we can make the chat and the game better for everyone.
