This is one of my favourite video games.

Pick a randomly-generated character and take a randomly-generated mission to infiltrate a large randomly-generated enemy spaceship. Either sneak past, incapacitate, or kill its guards with a variety of equipment to get closer to your objective.
Choose an easy mission and take things slow, or choose a harder mission and think on your feet as things explode, people get sucked out windows into space, and all chaos unfolds around you as you come up with increasingly-daring half-baked plans.

Lots of replay value with its randomly generated player characters who can have traits that make them easier or harder to play; a good number of fun gadgets to play with; and there always being a daily challenge to put your skills to the test - competing against a still quite active global leaderboard.

It is kind of like a roguelite Hotline Miami set in space, but unlike Hotline Miami, you can always slow down and pause the action to assess what is going on and play at your own pace, and you can survive being taken down a limited number of times.

I quite enjoy how you can make your own story for each character you play as.
One time, it gave me a character named Cascara Euler, who had two unfortunate traits - they was too weak to use mele weapons, but also too shaky to properly aim firearms, making them quite old and useless. However, Cascara needed to rescue his girlfriend from a well-guarded ship, so regardless they set out to make the required money; infiltrating enemy ships despite not having much more than a pistol they couldn't even aim properly.
With stormtrooper aim, Cascara's fights were just amazing. But in the end, they always managed to come out on top, with good bullet-dodging movement and some super-strategic and totally not accidental moves like completely missing the assassination target, but shooting out the window behind him, sucking him out into space to suffocate instead. Well, that works too.
Eventually, Cascara found an automatic shotgun that made up for their inability to aim, and despite their disabilities, Cascara then became perhaps my most lethal characters yet.
Cascara even found two of the super-rare unique items in the galaxy, though they couldn't use them since they were both mele weapons that they were too weak to wield. But then, he found a third; a shotgun that shot acid! With this, he stormed the stronghold of a spaceship holding his girlfriend, melting not just the armour but also the faces off the guards holding her, and he finally managed to rescue her! Cascara completed their personal mission, and I got both the achievements for completing a weak character and a shaky character at the same time.
