In short: this isn't Aragami 1 but is still worth a buy. Wait for a sale ideally.

This game is nothing like Aragami 1 but I think is still a great game in its own right. Definitely do not buy this if you're expecting Aragami 1 again. Both games are separate in how they operate movement and combat and Aragami 2 is definitely moving away from how Aragami 1 handled these mechanics. Not that this is a bad thing, just different.
Playing this with 2 other friends is really entertaining and the missions being designed like sandboxes is fun to mess around in with trying a pure stealth or pure action route. Definitely not a true sandbox but gives you enough variety to keep coming back to it.
There are a handful of bugs but nothing game-breaking, bugs like capping your frame rate leaves you stuck on 60fps unless you reset to default settings, picked up bodies might become invisible (making your character look really goofy holding nothing), guards might see you in areas where they probably shouldn't, etc. I foresee these getting patched out relatively quickly.
I'm definitely going to play more of this and try to 100% the game with friends. I'd advise going into this game with an open mind, ideally with friends who are doing the same thing. Waiting for a sale is a good idea as well.
