Short but pure fun the entire time.

Simple but fun.

Really bad dialogue. I thought I'd be able to ignore it and just enjoy the gameplay, but there are big sections of dialogue where the characters are rude to their coworkers and allies for no reason. They're not rude in a funny or entertaining way, just randomly mean.

Bizarrely long loading screens between almost every action and scene.

Grammatical errors in opening dialogue like "an girl." In most games that wouldn't be a serious issue, but this is a text heavy game and the writing is supposed to be the main reason to play.

Wasting my time asking to create an account for a nonexistent server.

The game isn't bad, but it's janky and floaty. Doesn't feel like I'm playing a game so much as holding a button down.

Has a really fun gameplay loop of exploring to gather resources, using resources to build and provide quality of life features, then repeating.

Awful third party launcher makes it slow to start and frustrates me before I ever manage to even get the actual game to launch.

Frequently requires signing new user agreements for the thing I already bought and was already playing before being allowed to keep playing.

Great, bite-sized missions. Part of me kept excepting the humor to get old, but the writing does an amazing job of staying entertaining and keeping me interested.

Does not allow people of the same gender in the same house.

Can't save while visiting npcs or inbetween visits.
