Absolutely one of my favorite games. I don't regret paying full price. (Not that I have a choice....)

The dogs do die. But I found that if you pet them while they are dying, they wait until you stop petting before they actually die. So you can just keep petting them. Forever. Begging them not to go. Apologizing that you ran out of cores to extend their life. Just letting them stay a lil longer...

It's a fun little game for the price. It has some glitches here and there, as well as a bunch of weird typos, but it's not by any means unplayable.

Though, I find it strange that you play as a fox. They hunt like a cougar or lynx (by stalking their prey instead of outrunning it), and they mostly hunt prey a wolf would hunt (like deer), not a fox. They even travel in a pack (well, a skulk) and howl to each other like a wolf! I was constantly distracted by "why am I hunting an antelope as a fox in a temperate forest". I guess I wasn't expecting accuracy; I'm just confused by the choices made.

Also, these devs absolutely have something against birds, because every bird in this game is a piece of ♥♥♥♥.

So, I'm a complete nerd for, like, making planets and stuff. I started playing SE before it came to steam, and I absolutely loved it. It was nice being able to add my own planets to the world so I can figure out what's good and bad about what I came up with, and it was cool being able to map out stars and constellations and stuff.

But the greatest thing about this game, the thing that just blew my mind...was being able to actually stand on those planets. Watching the sun set on my world. Seeing the rings in the sky. Relaxing by the shore as exotic clouds drift by overhead. I enjoy just hopping planet to planet sometimes, sitting on moons of gas giants, or terrestrial planets way too close to their sun, even the occasional rogue planet just to see the night sky in all its glory.

I finally figured out what I was doing wrong trying to put custom planets in the Steam edition (I misspelled a directory like an idiot), and now it's all I use. It's such a great upgrade too, with much more robust planet generation. It calculates sea composition now!

I love this game so much.

I don't like fighting games. I don't like MLP. But this game? I like.

Worth it even just for Push The Button alone. This is my favorite pack for sure.

This game is so fun! I heard they made a fighting game based on it, too!

This game's music has become kind of nostalgic for me. It was one of the first games I played on Steam, so its distinct charm really hits me in the heart.

This game makes learning history so fun! Like, did you know that the Aztecs once nuked Queen Elizabeth because she denounced their allies, the Ottoman Empire? Amazing!
