EVERY YEAR I FEEL A LITTLE BIT OLDER, A LITTLE BIT SLOWER, MY JOINTS START TO ACHE.. BUT SOMETIMES, EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE, I STILL FEEL LIKE I'M FASTER THAN A SPEEDING BULLET! EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE, I STILL FEEL LIKE I'M THE KING OF THE JUNGLE, EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE I STILL FEEL LIKE THE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ SUPERMAN FROM COMPTON! AND SOMETIMES I HAVE A FLASHBACK AND I STILL WANNA ASK WHICH ONE OF YOU ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ IS COMIN IN SECOND?! EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE, I STILL FEEL LIKE AN IRON ADDICT! SOMETIMES I STILL FEEL LIKE THE KING OF THE JUNGLE AND I FEEL LIKE I CAN KICK ALL THE ASS THAT NEEDS TO HAVE AN ASS WHOOPIN'!!! EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE, I HAVE TO REMIND MYSELF THAT I ONCE WAS KING!!!

When I am freezing, the gym keeps me warm. The ice caps of complacency melt and resuscitates my monster. I don't just say what I'm going to do, I follow through. That shocks and frightens the insecure - they announce themselves vocally, never physically. They remind me of little dogs - all bark and no bite - doing all what they can to survive. Even worse are the complaints of excuse. They don't see it as they speak them - I see it so clearly it makes me sick. I see their bodies and brains burning - it's a clear form of self debilitation and destruction. They never acknowledge it and only feed it. I have to turn a way from their horror as it kicks me alive. 'Be patient and keep waiting' is what they say. ♥♥♥♥ that! That makes me want to be a fist in their mouth. I want to ache until I become pain. I see my screams disintegrate from my lips when I spit through the punishment of weight. It's all positive hate I fill and then swim within. I wade out into it until my bones crumble and wash a way my human weakness. They say the daily ritual of breaking the body overtrains them and wears them out. I've tailored their vulnerability into my strength of necessity - it wears me well. Their workout is usually my warm up as I unkage muscle and FACE my FEAR. Your weakness isn't what i wanted and I can't exist in it anymore - I can only evolve from the hunger for more.
