Despite the mess that is Fallout 76, Fallout 4 still holds the test of time as one of the best Role Playing Games ever created. Totally recommend, 9/10.

HOIV: DEATH OR DISHONOR: 7/10

EDIT: *sigh* so it seems a lot of people are jus disliking my review and then skipping it over without actually reading, which makes me pretty upset. It's sad that no new opinions can come out of this review section and the people who skip this over seem to not realise that I mentioned the problems they had with the DLC and addressed them appropriately, so I hope any readers who are actually interested in a thought provoking review don't simply say "well this guy has a different opinion then me so I'm just going to gloss over his thoughtful review that he put time into writing and dislike it because unique opinion just isn't my style!

Alright, this is the new Heartss of Iron IV: Death or dishonor and it's... pretty good... Okay I know this is a pretty unpopular opinion from what I've read in the reviews but I have my reasons. I'll put my thoughts into 5 sections where I'll explain my opinion of the game and others opinions.

1. GERMANY
Okay, so after TFV failed Paradox did some research and found out that more than 40% of players play Germany and that adding things to the colonies didn't effect those who played Germany or the majority of the war effort. I can safely say that this DLC will effect the war effort LOADS more than TFV. I will say that if you're playing Germany, the Soviets, Itay, or any of the balkan states you will have a more fun (or even more difficult) experience inthe majority of cases.

2. THE FOCUSES
As this is the first "country pack" where they focus on improving the focuses so I suppose I should start talking about the focuses themselves.
- Hungary - Hungary's focus tree is alright, I really like the one where you go Austro Hungary, it's fun and interesting.
- Yugoslavia - I find Yugoslavia's to be the weekest of the four focuses.
- Czechoslovakia - The Czech focus tree is also great and improving the sudetenland and waiting for Germany to stomp you is really good.
- Romania - Becoming drunk and icompetent while at the same time switching sides every three seconds means I can finally simulate my real life in HOIV!

3. UI FIXES AND LICENSES
The UI fixes that are added in the free patch and the licenses that come with the DLC are both great changes. The UI fixes for planes make planes less confusing and a lot easier to use. The licenses are ok, they end up not being that useful but they're still nice to have.

4. THE PRICE
With TFV the price was absolute nonsense and really put me off buying it but here I thought the price was pretty acceptable... *numerous tomatoes fly at my face* WAIT WAIT HOLD ON LET ME EXPLAIN, okay, so the major complaint I heard was that the price is nonsense but I think ten bucks for a DLC that fleshes out the game for the major powers and a few countries that are really fun to play is worth that. Sure I would've rather had it a few bucks less but I think that for what it is $10 is quite acceptable.

5. YOU CAN GET THE WHOLE THING FOR FREE
No this isn't a promotion for some shotty games site or whatever, it's a simple fact that you can get focuses for all these countries seperately for free on the Steam Workshop. While I'd rather use this in game then using workshop I still think that points need to be taken off becaue of this.

Is it Worth It?
If you want to flesh out the game for major powers and you want these countries fleshed out this DLC is probably worth it for you.

HOI4: TOGETHER FOR VICTORY - 4/10

Together for Victory, a bad start to what could be a vast amount of DLC for this wonderful game. I'm going to put my review into 5 sections in which I'll discuss my feelings, and the feelings of other players about Together for Victory.

I: SPEARHEAD
Though this DLC has been critisized a lot for it's lack of important gameplay improvement but the spearhead army order is the exception. Instead of simply drawing a boring offensive line and putting it on "aggressive", the spearhead command works as a sort of blitskrieg, your general will try his best to capture and secure enemy lands as fast as possible. People in the community seem to be united with the opinion that the spearhead command was a great addition to the game, but should have come in a patch instead of a DLC. I agree that the decision to put it in the DLC insted of the game via update was a bad one.

II: FOCUSES
National focuses are supposed to be a mechanic that give important nations like Germany and the Soviets but giving focuses to naitons that contribute virtually nothing to the war like New Zealand, Canada, and Australia were simply bad nations to give national focuses to, especially when nations like China, Spain, and Sweden that actually have a chance to contribute to the war directly still lack focuses. In fact the only nation that got a focus that I thought actually deserved one was the British Raj because of their involvement in Asia.

III: AUTONOMY
I'll come out and say the autonomy system is a great addition, when playing as a colony. The only other time it'll effect you is if your puppet tries to break off (which virtually never happens).

IV: GERMANY
So after this DLC came out and everyone hated it Paradox did some research and found out that most players play as Germany, now this may not seem important but it actually can pretty accurately most of the reasons why this failed. Seeing as most players play Germany the autonomy system, the focuses for the colonies, and the fleshing out of the UK's struggles as a empire holding onto it's colonies do not end up effecting Germany in the slightest. This is why you hear "15 bucks for spearhead wtf". Now for those who usually don't play Germany this may not seem to bad, but other nations in Europe like Spain, Sweden, or Hungary will not gain or lose anything because of the colonies.

V: THE PRICE (WHY???)
The price of this DLC is what kills it for me, $15 for autonomy system, spearhead order, and focuses for the colonies are not worth $15. It's a waste of your money if you play HOI4 casually or as Germany. unless you're a colony, this DLC ends up not effected you as a player in the game most of the time

Is it worth it?
If you're really into these types of games as I am and want every detail and every country fleshed out then yes, this DLC is for you but you'll find that the things it adds to the game end up not really effecting you. If you're a casually player I'd wait for a good sale.
