Xenonauts is an extremely disappointing game full of wasted potential. The strategic layer is excellent, and Xenonauts is the first XCOM-like to have an air combat system that is actually fun and engaging to play. However all of this is spoiled by the terrible tactical layer.

Combat is extremely simplistic, with very few options to choose from other than positioning and shooting. Cover is sparse and ineffective, your soldiers will routinely get killed while crouching behind full cover. The AI cheats and always knows your exact location, making tactical flanking maneuvers impossible. Even if you can "flank" an enemy, there is no reward for doing so, as there are no crits and you only get marginally better accuracy.

The Time Unit action system is extremely fiddly, and the mechanic for reserving TUs to shoot is completely useless, as it does not allow you to reserve TUs to account for crouching or turning towards a target (yes, each of these requires TUs!). You will routinely find yourself making lethal mistakes because you miscalculated the number of TUs you needed by 1 point, and can no longer make the shot that you need. And of course there is no way to undo and retry such mistakes except by reloading a save game.

Any actions other than moving and shooting are incredibly tedious to use. For example, to use a medkit you must first open a soldiers inventory, drag the medkit into their hand, then close the inventory, click the medkit, and right click to select how much HP to heal, and finally left click on the target to heal. Grenades are similarly tedious, and difficult to use effectively as well, requiring most of your turn to throw one with very short range, and will routinely land wildly off the mark, effectively wasting your entire turn. In short, do not expect to get far in this game without extensive save scumming.

The camera cannot be rotated and walls and props will routinely obstruct your view, making it difficult to move your soldiers around. There is a button to toggle between showing wall, walls+ceilings, or none, but this only partly mitigates these issues.

Finally, the game does not support basic features like borderless fullscreen, has trouble alt-tabbing, and has crashed repeatedly on me.

Still the best multiplayer FPS ever made and a true test of skill. Sadly, very few people still play it.

Classic NES games that stand the test of time. This was the first time I had played any Mega Man games other than MM9, and I immediately fell in love.

This is an extremely faithful port, down to the slow down and sprite flickers of the original. The additions of customizable controls, achievements, a large number of challenges, and concept art make it well worth purchasing.

Crysis is more than just pretty graphics, excellent FPS combat in an open world with some of the smartest AI in the genre. Warhead improves on some of the weakpoints of the original, namely, fighting with the aliens.

Fun platformer that combines elements of exploration with precision mechanics. Most of the game isn't too hard, but a couple of the trophies are fiendish.

If pong were a rhythm game. It's more fun than it sounds, but sadly very short.

A good puzzle platformer. Introduces a few simple mechanics, and then exploits them for some challenging puzzles. Most of the story is just gibberish, but the ending is a nice twist.
