Is developer rolling patch to it?: Yes (every wednesday or tuesday for events)

Note:
The advantage of this game is actually the event with about 25k Points for to gacha to get the event suit. The initial stage is quite a grind. Once you pass that stage is a smooth sailing, i just usually play it as a casual game. Honestly is a just click click coach game
