Patryk takes criticism seriously and tries to learn from it, though can sometimes be a little defensive. Responds to setbacks or adversity with redoubled vigour and enthusiasm. Will never accept that defeat is a foregone conclusion, and inspires others to stay positive and fight on. Stays cool in an emergency, but needs help from others to take the right action quickly. Polite, courteous, respectful and charming at all times and in all situations, without being obsequious. Unfailingly courteous even when dealing with a difficult person or situation.
