Its just not fun,
I enjoyed playing these countries a lot more before this DLC, it just pushes anything they can do until late game. By then WW2 is already happening and you're not in a spot to fight the majors. Before the DLC you could expand very quickly before 1939, but now 1939 is when you finally start making your army. Plus with how the AI works by the time you declare war in 1939-1940 the allies guarantee anyone you're trying to fight. It was easier to form the ottomans before this DLC, not worth the money
