I am going to keep this short.

Performance - 10/10
Graphics - 10/10
Community - 6/10 (You get plenty of Toxic players that throw games or team kill you. In Casual or Ranked games)
Updates 8/10 (They keep a steady flow of updates. Sometimes good, Sometimes ok.
Balancing of Operators - 9/10 (From my time playing the game, I haven't noticed that much of a balancing issues, The only ones I would be wary of are the guys carrying shields, which are unbreakable - very annoying to fight against.)

What Ubisoft NEEDS to focus on is their report system, its very BARE minimum. Literally is a "Report Toxic player" and I doubt anything gets done. I have come across the most toxic players days, weeks or even months after reporting them and they still toxic and playing.

I would recommend at listed price. And the Passes are great
