Quite possibly my favourite game to play. Its one of those that sucks you in and makes you forget you have to do other things (like going to bed...).

I do wish the devs stuck with further developing this game but they have moved on to another project thats yet to be announced. They still do bug fixes and patches though. The workshop adds a few more departments like oncology but I wish there were more and officially created as there are a few funky behaviours etc but big props to the mod makers as they have spent hours to make them work well.

As a big medical drama nerd, I have made a few doctors in this game and the doctor mode dlc is a lot of fun as you try and diagnose patients especially when you add realism mods in. The traumatology dlc also lets you take control of every patient that comes into the trauma centre out of the ambulances and helicopters. Since they are time sensitive, I love the race against time to diagnose the patients correctly.

I highly recommend this game with the DLC's but I really do wish the devs stuck with this one. I hope they make a second newer vision some time in the future to build on this succcess.
