Absolutely love this game and it keeps getting better. Nails the feel of the main game. Still has the same kind of personality and charm. If you like reverse bullet hell games, this is more than that. If you like DRG, you'll probably like this. Don't know anything about any of these? Give it a try anyway

Let me get the negatives out of the way:
1. Most definitely pay-to-win
2. Can be difficult to see food on the ground when you're in the middle of a fight and knock and almost dead enemy into food, refilling their health and helping them kill you
3. No time limits in the matches
4. Hard to tell when you're going to grow and get stronger

With that being said, the game is ridiculous in all the right ways and fun to play in short bursts. There's really not much to the gameplay and finding a knife or scorching an enemy is mad fun. Find a shotgun and go up against someone more powerful. Sure you'll hit a wall against those who are willing to spend money on the game.

But I think if you're looking for something truly competitive, this isn't the right game for it. This is the kind of game you play for half an hour to and hour and just have some ridiculous and flawed fun before jumping into your main. A palette cleanser if you will.

Excellent game. Plays well with a gamepad. One of those "easy to play, hard to master" kind of games. The physics work, the various modes are fun and dramatically different. The online is superb. The graphics are great. Unless you hate driving games (which this really isn't), there's no reason to not buy this

Seriously fun game. The story is a bit silly, but functional. The graphics might not be cutting edge 3D, but they are functional and have a certain charm in their art style. What really makes this game worth every penny is the inventive levels. Each level host a variety of different paths and options you can explore, and if you try and play the game like a ninja, some of them will truly test your patience. Its some of the most fun I've had in a long time with a game. I can talk more about the gameplay, controls, etc. But the short of it is this: BUY THE GAME!
