Literally just a pixelart upscaler

For what it is it works fine but if you're drawing your own pixel art most software (Like Aseprite) already have a way for you to upscale art

The only benefit this has over that is smoothing out the pixels but what creep does that?

It's not like this software is godawful or doing anything harmful but it isn't benefiting anyone either

Might as well just recreate your RPG Maker sprites in the newest version's character creator if you aren't drawing them yourself
