Rarely ever does a sequel outdo its predacessor, but Horizon Forbidden West is exact what that is. Everything down from abilities to gameplay elements and graphics is upgraded and better in this sequel.

Now with more Erend, Varl and all the friendly faces we got to meet in the original titles and much more new friends and enemies to meet and defeat. This is what you're looking for.

P.S. Unrelated: The unfortunate passing of Lance Reddick makes me wonder what the best next step is for the character. Recast the character or lay him to rest in the lore and to this, I do not have the answer. Neither did I with the Black Panther 2 and Chaddick Boseman. All I know is it's a difficult time for many of the projects the legend Reddick was in and regardless of what they choose next I feel like it'll be right step. Rest in peace to a goat that really pushed the industry forward, with his roles, performances and as himself. You will always be remembered.

I've been loving this game since release. Honestly. But the fact that over 70% of the countries userbase can no longer play the game because of a now forced PSN login, is completely bull. Note, I'm not gonna refund the game (I can't haha) but the fact that people WHO purchased the game in countries where the game was previously sold, now need to go to steam to beg for a refund is a total failure. I can't support this.

New Major Order:
Removed Africa
Removed Asia
Removed Antarctica
Removed half of Europe

EDIT:

WE ARE SO BACK. PSN ACCOUNT LINKING WILL BE OPTIONAL! Now the game needs to be sold in the countries it was removed from because I'm trying play with my brothers!

A tough game with a defined mechanics.

On boarding is a bit rough but once you learn the mechanics, rules, and momentum of the game, it isn't terribly difficult. I also was very fond of the star puzzles, nice little decompress between levels that forces you to use a different part of your brain. Voice acting is clear and characters feel well defined by their voices, and the challenge of the game is what drew me to keep pushing.

Give the game a couple more chances if you're stuck or put it down and come back to it! Looking forward to future updates.

needs an offline mode ASAP!

EDIT: CAN NO LONGER BE FAMILY SHARE PLAYED. IT IS TREATED AS THE FRIEND PASS VERSION WHICH NEEDS A FRIEND TO PLAY.

THIS IS A TERRIBLE CHOICE. PLEASE UNDO.

EDIT: They've fixed the issue, still no offline coop mode though... :(

((((This review comes from a premium edition owner, who played 5 days earlier than release date.))))

Solid game with a ton of so called "Bethesda class jank" that makes it a great experience at its base.

All of this means you can mod to your hearts content and have fun the way you may want to.

As my first ever Bethesda game, I am GLAD to be able to play and even happier to have such an open and customizable base that makes playing games so much fun. I. Love. It. The only think missing are the "bethesda bugs" everyone mentions. And yeah every now and then a ship spins or an NPC dialogue screen gets messed up but none of those game breaking bugs that I heard so much about. (Kinda sad tbh, I wanted to experience it, lol)

I'm only feeling a little empty right now as premium edition ATM only means I get to play early, and preorder bonuses are nada. Maybe I could've wait, but I am satisfied with the game as it is.

Will update this after I beat the game.

If you're an Apex Legends player looking to up your game, I highly recommend the Apex Armor Swap Trainer! As a gameplay Twitch streamer myself, I know how important it is to have the right tools to succeed, and this trainer is definitely one of them.

One of the most important aspects of playing Apex Legends is mastering armor swaps. It can be the difference between winning and losing a gunfight, and it's a skill that takes time and practice to perfect. That's where the Apex Armor Swap Trainer comes in. This trainer provides a fun and interactive way to practice armor swaps in a safe and controlled environment. You can set the difficulty level, adjust the speed, and even add in other variables to make the training even more challenging. Plus, the user interface is intuitive and easy to use, so you can get started right away.

But what really sets the Apex Armor Swap Trainer apart is its attention to detail. The animations are smooth and realistic, and the sound effects make it feel like you're actually in a match. It's clear that the developers put a lot of thought and effort into creating a training tool that would truly enhance the player's experience.

On the positive side, the Apex Armor Swap Trainer offers a unique and interactive way to practice armor swapping skills. The difficulty settings and variable options provide players with a customizable experience that can be tailored to their needs. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the animations and sound effects, which added to the realism of the training.

However, I did notice some frame stutters and lag during my time using the trainer. This made the experience less smooth and can be a hindrance to effective practice. I believe this issue could be resolved by optimizing the software or making some technical improvements.

Overall, I would still recommend the Apex Armor Swap Trainer as a useful tool for players looking to improve their armor swapping skills. However, I would suggest the developers address the issue of frame stutters and lack of smoothness to make the training experience more enjoyable and effective. To the want-to-be-Predator giving this a view, and on the edge, give it a try and see for yourself!

Edit: This was written in collaboration Chat-GPT, and I definetly didn't spend more time writing prompts for this review than I did actually playing the game. :lunar2019piginablanket:
