Game has a lot of potential but needs a lot of optimization passes before it's ready for mainstream. Even when meeting the recommended system requirements this game has a lot of freezing which can last 5-30 seconds at a time. There's also no protection in place for players to deal with TKing except to let them kill you which is very frustrating; Returning fire on someone that's nearly killed you will fully penalize you if you kill them, despite being completely defensive.

Edit 2: Democracy won the day now that Sony walked back their terrible PSN requirement so I can restore my good favor in this game.

Edit: Requiring PSN for all platforms is a ridiculous & stupid decision. Sony needs to reverse their decision to require it and keep their hands out of future development decisions if this game will ever be reviewed positively again.

Original: I've only played this game solo so far but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, its great. I love the random objectives and shooting bugs in this game will probably never get old with how satisfying it is to blow chunks off of them. Lots and lots of customization to unlock so it'll keep your interest for a long time, especially with a group of friends (which you will want because these bugs do not f!#% around)

I put a lot of hours into this game because I am such a fan of Bethesda RPGs but this is game is nothing new, despite appearances. I put in the hours to grind my way to New game+ x10 and the changes found were rare & lackluster. The best way to play the game is to never complete it because the new game+ system is not utilized well. There's hardly any differences to unlock, and the game itself is pretty much identical to Fallout 4. there are more randomized locations but the exploration element is hollow and pointless other than gaining XP...

The engine the game was built on is outdated. The universe feels small because every place feels mostly the same. The game hits loading screens for every transition... I was so excited for Elder Scrolls 6 but after completing this game so thoroughly I'm now left with worry.

It's Battlefield 2 with more stuff to unlock, localized VOIP & 127 v 127 player servers. This game looks like Roblox and that's only a good thing because the game can run on pretty much anything. If you like shooting guns, placing claymores, rapelling down ropes from helicopters & yelling out "MEDIC!!" in your microphone, get this game.

When the game first launched I played through a good chunk of the game despite its initial buggy performance, but I did not finish it. Since the majority of bugs have now been fixed I finally went back and played through the entire storyline on the max difficulty and really enjoyed myself. I focused on stealth and non-lethal melee and a lot of quickhacking.
Even though this game is notorious for its buggy initial release, I definitely recommend anyone that enjoys FPS RPGs to give this a try if they haven't already. If you own the game and haven't beat it, its worth trying again.

Story 9/10
Graphics 8/10
Puzzles 10/10
Humor 9/10

Phenomenal puzzle game, very similar to Portal but with its own unique light mechanics. Fun story, creepy atmosphere, and with lots of portal-esque humor. Even has a few very on-the-nose portal references, including a midi that some might recognize. After the initial playthrough replayablity comes from speedrunning which is not my thing, but I know a lot of people that scratch an itch for.
