Jilo habitually plans and sequences own work and that of others. Ensures that objectives are clearly established, and that work is systematically carried out in order to achieve the objectives. Communicates plans clearly to others. Generally takes on tasks or assignments without objection, but does not appear to be strongly motivated, and will not inspire others. Always assured and confident in demeanour and presentation of ideas without being aggressively over-confident. Always looking for the opportunity to negotiate and often successful in getting a good deal. But sometimes Jilo fails to press home the advantage, and doesn't get the best deal possible.
