Yes, I use a controller in SkyDrift, and have been looking for someone interested in playing, so call me you are playing. I have had the problem of controls dislplaying as keyboard even though using controller, but it could depend on a lot of things, like what controller are you using. I would just try restarting the game after setting the game to use controller, and knowing the controller is working (like right to left at least, etc.).
