It looks like you've purchased accounts multiple times in the past. I also see more than 10 accounts that belong to you that are banned for cheating.
Steam accounts aren't transferable. Buying a Steam account directly violates Steam's Subscriber Agreement.
Frankly, we're not going to support your disregard of Steam's rules here. I will ensure that this account's owner doesn't benefit from the value that you've added to the account, however.
We suggest that you only use Steam accounts that you've personally created from now on. Any account that you obtain in any other way will be removed from your possession.
