It looks like you've purchased accounts multiple times in the past. I also see more than 10 accounts that belong to you that are banned for cheating.
Steam accounts aren't transferable. Buying a Steam account directly violates Steam's Subscriber Agreement.
Frankly, we're not going to support your disregard of Steam's rules here. I will ensure that this account's owner doesn't benefit from the value that you've added to the account, however.
