I'm disappointed. Not so much in the game as a game. Its fun. Good story so far after about 13 hours. Great open world. But I am forced to see it through low Graphical settings. I am in no way new to gaming and how to deal with a graphic heavy game. This unfortunately is just a monster of a game. With all the concentration on the lighting engines and realism video cards like the GTX 1060 are left in the dust. I also wanted to stream this game but something is so poorly optimized for streaming that I gave up after 2 nights now of trying to get 60fps at 1080. I even overclocked my card just for this game. But it just looks like crap. I would have rather had a smaller game with great looks than a huge game that runs choppy.

Guess my community can watch another content creator show off the game. Thanks ya'll

Update: 8/7/23
I have come back to this review to update it after MANY fixes they devs have made. It IS playable now if you have a medium to high tier PC. So that's good. But you Pretty much NEED DLSS. So be prepared for that.

But as for CD Projekt Red gaslighting all of us about how the game "Wasn't that bad at launch" they can kiss both sides of my butt. I didn't know they we're baby Activision/Blizzard.

So the game is fun. The AI pre Phantom update is STOOPID. The game does still crash. My first interaction with Pan Am had her glitched face down in the ground the entire cutscene convo.

Let's hope this "big" DLC update is worth it.
