EDIT: They just did an update for online duels turn timers. It helps a lot allow it is still annoying to wait 2-3 minutes a turn. Much better than the 5-6 minutes a turn.

Honestly better than I expected. Great for as much time as you want. Doesn't feel repetitive either. Better than your average farming game although its not the most glamourous genre.
