I've waited a few weeks since the massive bot banwave in early July, but at the risk of sounding presumptuous it seems fixed. I have been playing TF2 consistently over the past few weeks and have yet to run into a game with any sniper bots. Hoping they'll stay gone, but who knows. I said I'd change my review to positive, so here it is. We'll see if it stays that way.

Valve still has a long way to go with this game; TF2 deserves better. It needs an update, an overhaul, anything. But at least you can finally load up a game on dustbowl and get backcapped by a real player instead of dying to 12 sniper bots. If you want to try TF2, this is the best time in years to do it.
