Honest Review, (From the mind of a simple critic) Industrial Gamers!

Gameplay. Civilization V is a turn-based strategy game, where each player represents the leader of a certain nation or ethnic group ("civilization") and must guide its growth throughout thousands of years. The game starts with the foundation of a small settlement and ends after achieving one of the victory conditions—or surviving until the number of game turns end, at which point the highest-scoring civilization, based on several factors, such as population, land, technological advancement, and cultural development, is declared the winner.

Graphics. Honestly still great and I'm writing this in 2021, 11 years later! I honestly prefer it to what we got in Civ 6.

Sound. The music is some of my all-time favorites to listen to, it doesn't have the best title screen music as Civ 4 (Baba Yetu) but all together it's still a really good soundtrack to listen to whilst plotting mass murder or world peace.

Difficulty. Complex but never enough to demotivate new players. With many ways to win you can find a playstyle that works with you to get an edge on your opponents.

Server. Easy enough to create a game or jump into a random match. (Which I don't advise because you'll get kicked)

Final Rating - Reviewing an 11-year-old game is hard because people already know so much about Civ 5, but if I can add anything to bring in New 4X/Strategy I would say this. Please start with Civ 5. It's a great game to get into and the replayability is worth every cent. Wait for it to go on sale and you can double your fun with the 'Complete Bundle" that adds literally hours of new content to the base game!

Honest Review, (From the mind of a simple critic) Industrial Gamers!

Gameplay. Sea of Thieves is about as free-form of an experience as you can get, which is both a blessing and a curse. On the one hand, you could probably spend close to a dozen hours having fun sailing around without ever realizing there is a proper campaign to follow (like I did). And that's when I discovered that even though its free-roaming gameplay is enjoyable enough, once I realized what these missions, called Tall Tales, were and how to access them they led to some of my favorite moments.

Graphics. Can be either Beautiful or Deadly under the circumstances. A balanced mixture of ever-changing waves and heavenly sunsets or cruel storms and destructive volcanoes. A game that truly immerses the player in a vibrant world.

Controls. Easy to pick up. But don't be like me and pick out your banana instead of your pistol in a fight...

Sound. Rough Seas 24/7 and the occasional boat crunch when you drop your anchor too close to the shore. Love it!

Difficulty. The game offers very little in difficulty when you play with a crew, the difficulty rises significantly when you try to solo a sloop. Solo means heightened awareness of all surroundings, sea and land. Solo means if you gather enough treasure you welcome unwanted eyes from npc's and players alike. And lastly, solo means if you are chased by preying eyes and damaged you will have to act as both repairman and captain of the guns, which is in my opinion no easy feat.

Final Rating - Even though the game offers purely cosmetic items for everything you unlock. I still enjoyed having fun with friends and being shocked by the unpredictable settings that the game sets you in. I for one will always recommend this game because it is downright fun to play.

Honest (2020) Review, (From the mind of a simple critic) Industrial Gamers!

Gameplay. This game offers you to be whatever you want to be from the start. The main/side quest helps players learn things about the game and unlocks useful items. All 100% up to you to decide whether or not you wish to pursue them.

Graphics. The amount of visual overhauls this game recieves with each update is crazy. And on top of that their "Next Generation" update is arriving soon. I'm astonished how they can keep making an already beautiful game look even better!

Controls. Absolutely 100% Simple. 2 hours in you'll master the quick menu as well.

Sound. This game is FILLED with ambient sounds, pair that with the relaxing music that overlaps it and you have the recipe for one relaxing game to take your mind off of things.

Difficulty. When you start you will hit a learning curve. The game offers so many items and on top of that it's own periodic table, it's kindof hard to keep track of it all. Besides that, npc difficulty isn't much of a threat after you get the hang of the game.

Final Rating - I vote this game the "LABOR OF LOVE AWARD" every year for a reason. They stood up against a community and said we won't give up until we give you the game we promised! They've given that and MORE. Much respect to Sean Murray and his team, can't wait to see what other project you all have in store for the future!

Honest 5 minute Review, (From the mind of a simple critic) Industrial Gamers!

Storyline. Very Basic, not many options to make the story your own but is still quite a fun adventure on its own. Pretty repetitive side missions keep you busy while on the track through the main story.

Graphics. It's what you'd expect from a game made in 2013 but still quite beautiful. Open skies don't exist so expect metal to be mainly what you'd see.

Controls. This is where I have to be rude, it is not made for keyboards. To change between abilities gets frustrating because you can only use 1-10 on your keyboard to macro them. I'm not a person who uses 1-10 allot so it became difficult to me at some instances. The combat does get easy enough if you've played Dark Souls though.

Sound. World sound is great until you walk into a city. Most areas in the city you'd be by an alleyway with no-one in sight and still hear a crowd as if they're behind you..

How long to beat. Took me 8 hours to beat with the story-line and 12 with the side quest/gathering aspect of it.

Final Rating - I'd give this game a 6 out of 10. The story-line is what really sealed the deal for me. Combat was pretty lackluster in my opinion but hopefully the 2016's Technomancer solves most of the prequels problems. Look for that review soon!

Honest review.

Storyline. Very short, makes you wish that there was more but there really isn't.

Graphics. 2005 called it wants its graphics back!

Controls. Basic FPS controls, remembering how to change them might get tricky at first. (with controller support)

Sound. My opinion, best part about the game.

Servers. Once again as deserted as Andy ♥♥♥♥'s fanbase.

I give this game a 5 out 10 because although I did not like that this was a sequel to Aliens, I did get a few good laughs at how buggy the A.I was and that of all things kept me pretty entertained!

Okay Honest review here.

Storyline. Nonexistent

Graphics. Meh (okay)

Controls. Basic as any other racing game. (with controller support)

Sound. Like a bunch of Monster Trucks ramming each other.

Server. As deserted as DC in fallout 3.

I give this game a 3/10. Sorry to be so harsh but it is an Honest review.

This game is really worth checking out. From designing rockets that take you to the mun and back and yes it is called the mun lol. Or from building a jet that can take you around the world. It's your world do what you want with it!

Just a little extra clip to go with it.
