Not my usual type of game. I'm more into shooting monsters in the face. But I loved it. Yeah it's short, but given the price point, I have no complaints at all. A very well put together game and I'm looking forward to a sequel or DLC(?)

A buggy mess of a game that could have been great. I'm three missions in and two of the three have had progress breaking bugs (invisible door and non spawning missile turret). The recommended fix is to quit and restart, which appears to fix the problems *sometimes*. This is unforgivable. Plus, the game is now over 12 months old and these basic problems have still not been fixed. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Very disappointing. The stamina limit and the darkness timer mechanic just suck all enjoyment from the game. Every activity is a frantic race against the clock or physical exhaustion. There's no time to explore the city and uncover its secrets. If I wanted stressful time limits and deadlines, I'd just stay in work. Congrats Techland, you've turned one of my fave games into a thankless chore.

Logged on at lunchtime on launch day - 2 in the queue, 5 min wait, all good. Tried to connect again at 18:00 - 1227 in the queue. Fewest I've seen in the subsequent 6 hours is 346.

It's not like Amazon are short of compute resource, seeing as they own AWS, the largest cloud service provider on the planet.

They've badly, and mean catastrophically, underestimated demand for New World. Presumably they have no faith in their own product. Very disappointing.

I can't recommend a game I can't even access.

Unwelcoming, confusing and unstable, even after 2 years of patches. Don't bother with X4 unless you're prepared to spend more time on YouTube and forums, than you are playing the game. But even that won't help fix the crash-to-desktop bugs.
