I'm gonna change this review from funny and satire to really my true feelings on this. It's been about 6 or more months since I've played this. This experience is one of if not the best gaming experiences i have ever had. The ending (no spoilers) was really the most emotional I've ever gotten from any video game, and I've played a LOT of games over the years. I played this wonderful experience with my (now) girlfriend, and it was just such a phenomenally crafted experience. I usually really have low expectations for something i have to open using Origin, but this really is just worth it. This game is very beautiful too if you can run it at max, and the story line is just so well written and the direction is just so good. The [not really a spoiler] super smash bros section had me laughing so hard, just seeing the fight take place on top of the plane-thing was great. Space monkey is great too. The acting and the characters themselves in general are just top notch.

Here's some words from my player 2. This is all from her: This game is very aesthetically pleasing, and it's beautiful. When you're playing with someone, although you're doing separate things sometimes, and even though it is the point of the game, you always felt like you were really working together as a team to the same goal and doing well at it. The game makes you closer to each other, regardless of how close you are already, and although you have set goals, you can just have late nights where we were just messing around, having fun, and most importantly, making memories. I (her) relate to the kid, in that my (her) parents were in a very similar situation, unfortunately without the good ending, and that's something that made the story line fit me (her) a little better. Besides that though, We both really love the environments and how everything was intractable, and the environments themselves are part of the game.

In the end, this game is a really phenomenal experience whether you're looking to play with a friend, a significant other, or even just a fun experience that may get you closer to your crush (in our case this is what happened.) Even outside that, this game is just one of the most amazing times you will ever have in a video game, and this is coming from a guy who has been biased and really mostly plays and talks about Half-Life and Portal his whole life.
