Such a shame. Game had so much potential but the optimization is terrible and very buggy. My PC is a very capable one, but animallica really pushes it when, for a game that looks like this one, it shouldn't.

Music has no fade in so results in a hard change which ruins immersion and the inventory system is so weird. Why am I putting 7 infected dogs into my backpack?

I really wanted to like this game, I did. I'll happily change my review when they fix these issues.

9/10 beautiful story, really like the survival mechanics, art style is amazing.

-1 for the fact you cannot create a fire without matches/lense/firestriker so eventually you will run out of matches and since you cant create fire from natural materials you end up dying lol

Been playing since Early access, such an addictive game when played right, survival style. Not a fan of pvp.

I personally don't like the 2D style of games, but as soon as I started playing I was hooked. The resource managment aspect is clean and easy to manage and I absolutely love the art style. You become attached to characters so quickly and it is the kind of game that will keep you up playing all night.

Would love some expansion packs for weapons/materials, other than that, great!

This was incredibly short but worth every second. I love phycological horror, and the ending was so chilling, 100% worth a try.
