A really nice and easy to learn software, like Photoshop in 3D, it has everything you expect the software to have, masks, custom assets, different brushes, a wide variety of predefined masks and smart masks which masks based on the mesh, the smart-materials are also a very nice way to get to a decent result fast, my favorite part however is the color picker, it lets you pick any color from anywhere on the Windows-UI, i use this software for all my assignments in my 3D university course, you can't get anywhere near the quality of Substance Painter with just Mayas or Blenders built in texturing tools
