Hey, I just stumpled upon your question about the Camera tools for Sekiro in Virtual Aesthetics. Not sure if you were already able to solve it - however, as far as I know most people used the CE table by Jim2Point0 for their shots (haven't tried it myself to be honest but I looked at way too many Sekiro shots on Flickr).

You can find some details about the tools and hotkeys https://framedsc.github.io/GameGuides/sekiro.htm in the guide. It's a basic CE table so you need to use the tool Cheat Engine to connect it to the game. Open it while running the game, select the Sekiro.exe and the above mentioned CE table and then have fun with the mentioned hotkeys. Best of luck
