This game had it's time to shine,unfortunately that time is long over.
On launch this game was damn awesome,i couldnt stop playing it and spent all my free time in it because it was just sooo good out of the box.
Its one of those cases where the game comes out ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awesome from the start.
Yet as those who were in the community before Mordhau and even after but are familiar with its father figure game Chivalry might know that fun doesnt last long with this type of game,or this type of community.
6 months after launch servers were already populated with tryhards who were just 10 heads above everyone else who werent familiar with chiv sword mechanics,and its a huge problem,this exact problem killed this game,ofcourse people might have expected this downfall,but damn is it a painful one,this game was so much fun to play,and it still is today if you are skilled enough and have the gut to overcome people who abuse their mechanics.
But,as it stands as of today,i wouldnt recommend anyone to buy it if youre new to this genre,you would just get rekt by veterans and wouldnt even stand a chance,and ill tell you,servers are populated PURELY BY these vets.
