While I hesitate to leave a negative review for a Portal mod, after playing through both the original and RTX versions of the prelude, I must express my disappointment with the RTX version. It feels significantly unoptimized. Despite not fully utilizing my VRAM, I encountered numerous graphical issues. Additionally, if you disable the enhanced lighting, all light sources vanish, as the entire mod relies heavily on this feature.

Super great game! Now we can hope the devs will make a Revolution 2!

I've always been a fan of the modding community of Portal. But this mod is actually the worst mod i've ever played..
The mods way of telling you what to do is non existing. your thrown thru 4 or so diffrent portal like guns but they are all terrable and not worth the already bad story (which is hard to follow in the first place).
The ending of the mod is terrible and for once this mod should not exist.

Did i give the game an second try? no not yet. But take my word i will try it again at some point.

Well. IF you can oversee the very very toxic community then the game is pretty fun.

Well I guess to the real review.
To put this into an prospective of mine i would say to everyone but this game even the first one. The back story of portal is so interesting and great that it’s creepy..
The storyline of the game is so top that is better than most of the triple ‘A’ games I know.
It sad that we might never get a portal 3 bc of the myth of the number 3. But if you want more portal after that you should definitely try portal stories Mel and/or Aperture Tag The Paint Gun Testing Initiative

Well after i got unbanned and i got it work agan is okay agan!
and it alll worked out!
