For what it's worth (and it's free), it is absolutely worth playing. I'm not a fan of the degenerate hololive culture, but this game is genuinely enjoyable (no disrespect or negativity intended towards anyone; that's just my honest view of this type of content. You do you).

The game is short, though; I wish it had more levels.

The number of hours I've devoted to this game has been worthwhile. It's genuinely fun and challenging. However, there are a few game-breaking exploits and soft-locks that mar the experience. For instance, a soft lock I've encountered occurs when you reach the end-game phase of building the spaceship; it never assembles, even after combining all the ship parts in your capital. I've faced more soft locks concerning wars and trades. Similarly, exploits are predominantly observed in trades and wars as well. You can easily extract gold from the naive CPU players or effortlessly manipulate them against another player in the game.

I would argue that the most enjoyable experience is playing online with real players, as these exploits mainly happen only with CPUs.

Highly recommended: 9/10.

"Really fun, if you can run it".
The above sentence pretty much sums up the entire experience of DD2. The technical issues I've faced were few, but that's because I've heavily modded the game to increase both performance and basic features.
The game felt short to me. I was literally finishing a "side-quest", but to my surprise, that "side-quest" ended being the end-game quest. Still, I've enjoyed it and I can't wait for extra content in the near future.

One of the best JRPGs out there, with a beautiful yet tragic story. I've laughed, cried, and felt almost every emotion while playing this. Truly a masterpiece.
Only two things I thought they would've done better. Firstly, story repetition; I liked what Automata did with loading certain bits of the story; its purpose is to avoid repetition that could potentially bore you to death. However, this game, does not do the same, so prepare to skip almost every scene in your 2nd playthrough.
Secondly, the side quests. Here's a summary of the suffering I experienced while doing some of the side quests: "Go there. Speak to that. Go here. Go back. Go there. Go back. Speak to that." s*it is super time consuming over nothing! It is the most annoying thing about this game.
All in all, this is a great remaster, even more than a remaster honestly! I'd consider it a remake.

8.4/10 (Very Good)

Where should I begin? This game is amazing! Admittedly, the gameplay is not the best, occasionally feeling quite stiff, yet the story compensates for all of these shortcomings. Though, I would say that the core gameplay mechanics are both unique and fun at the same time.

I would like to highlight that this game occasionally goes on sale for $5 - an incredibly low price for an insane amount of content. - I have replayed this game about three times; each playthrough, I discover something new or delve into side quests that I never encountered in my previous playthroughs. And don’t get me started on the side quests, they are simply outstanding. I have yet to see another game excel in this aspect as much as The Witcher 3 does. The side quests maintain a level of quality that matches, and sometimes even surpasses, the main quests.

Overall, this game is rich in both detail and narrative, offering an immersive experience like no other.

Without a doubt, this is a must buy: 10/10.

Disclaimer: This was the first visual novel I've ever read.

For a visual novel, it is incredibly unique. Its story, centered around Monika - a fictional character attempting to break free from the cycle of her fictional existence to become alive in the real world with the player - has been been done wonderfully. I truly adored the story's concept and themes.
However, there is a certain point in the story where the game becomes repetitive. Your only option is to skip an insane amount of text, until you eventually encounter something new or get jump scared. Kind of lame. I wish they had executed it better.

Still, I recommend it: 7.3/10

Was a huge fan of this game a while back. It is very repetitive after reaching the endgame.
