My Friend recently got this. She told me that she beat all of my scores.

I load up the game. After many attempts, I beat her scores in the first two chapters. I take a break and come back to see her beat them. I beat the scores again, only for us to go into VC together and have her beat mine again. We ain't close to world records, but even shaving a hundredth of a second is stressful

To my friend, I hope you experience many whiffs in life.

NOTE: There is a game-breaking bug that makes citizens not actually work. There are 2 possible permanent fixes to this issue (Walkthroughs included in links):

Bugs aside, this is a a fun city builder with some very interesting gameplay. It has a fun campaign to serve as a tutorial. The mission are fun and difficult. There is jank in the design (i.e. trying to set what goods to go into warehouses), but it is not enough for it to be a turn off.

My only gripe is that the resolutions are made for older 4:3 monitors, so you either have a weird resolution, or it stretching to 16:9.

If you asked someone a few years ago that "poker, but a roguelike" was exploding in popularity, they would think it was a joke(r). I enjoyed this not just because it has peak design (which it does), but it is one of the most unique games I have played. It is something you only really can understand once you play it yourself. Try the game out. Then, see if you can put the game down, because I know you won't be able to
