NOTE: There is a game-breaking bug that makes citizens not actually work. There are 2 possible permanent fixes to this issue (Walkthroughs included in links):

Bugs aside, this is a a fun city builder with some very interesting gameplay. It has a fun campaign to serve as a tutorial. The mission are fun and difficult. There is jank in the design (i.e. trying to set what goods to go into warehouses), but it is not enough for it to be a turn off.

My only gripe is that the resolutions are made for older 4:3 monitors, so you either have a weird resolution, or it stretching to 16:9.
