Bioweaver has a lot of interesting mechanics packed into its premise. You've got a little bloop of a mutant slime thing, it has a brain, and you can attach organ systems to introduce new weapons, status effects, and uhh... reproductive systems? I'm not sure how to describe the Offspring category, but you can set up your glob to produce little buddies, like dropping little slimes or generating sparrows.

But the interesting thing is how you chain these weird organs together. Maybe you set up your goo with some antennae so he can attack hostile lifeforms. But what happens if you hook some Offspring into your blobber, and put the antennae on them instead? Suddenly it's a squad of little buddies lashing out at the baddies.

This makes for an interesting game for players that like to tinker with character builds and explore the interactions among the games various mechanics. And it's priced to sell!
