SOLUTION TO LOW FPS ON MODERN HARDWARE (nVidia)
OK, this is a console port that is not working. I had FPS drops down to 20 FPS, I have an 8GB 3060Ti and 16GB RAM. I used to play CryEngine 3 games with a 2 GB VRAM laptop (1050 GTX) no problems at all... so... WTF?!
SOLUTION
1. Open nVidia control panel
2. Go to program settings for Everybody's gone to the Rapture
3. Select "Low Latency Mode" - set to Ultra.
4. Click Apply
5. Exit nVidia control panel
6. Run the game
7. HALLELUJAH!!!
