To truly grow, a person must always strive for something beyond their self believed limits. Turn these perceived limits into obstacles you can overcome instead of a massive wall that will prevent you from progressing further.

Learn from your past, but don't be stuck in it. Consider the future but don't overthink it, focus on the present while utilizing the lessons of the past and keeping the future in mind.
