You're playing this game for the concept, writing/voice acting and art direction. If those don't grab you then the gameplay is a bit lacking. It's a real you'll love it or you'll hate it kinda game

Against the Storm is laser focused on my favourite part of the genre: the initial exploration and expansion, backed up with some fun roguelite modifiers and non-static building access per run to keep things fresh
