Getting 100% was... enjoyable in this cutely disturbing cult simulator.

approximate amount of time to 100%: 20-40
Estimated achievement difficulty: 4/10
Minimum number of playthroughs needed: One + DLC (a sort of NG+)
Multiplayer achievements: No.
Missable achievements: Yes. A single super easy one. (play dice with Rattau and win once you can and you can continue easily)
Grinding Achievements: No.
DLC-Only achievements: No. (but new achievements were added with updates)
Time-gated achievements: No.
Speed-run achievements: No.
RNG-achievements: A few. (some collectibles can spawn in rooms at random)
Does difficulty affect achievements: No. You can get 100% on easy.
First achievement unlock: Almost immediately at the start of the game. (sign the contract/Recruit a cultist)

Notes:
- The game features negative achievements (like dying, sacrificing followers) achievements depend on these.
- The last 10~ hours were spent grinding the final item from cards/follower skins/relics etc..
- QOL Mods don't block achievements (like lock weapons or auto gather from chests...)
(somewhat spoilery)
- the npc that sells "the Intangible" card is only found ONLY in Anchordeep [ The guides lie, he doesn't spawn everywhere ] - My advice is to keep 200~gold on hand and always buy all the card unlocks that are offered in random dungeon events.
- Make sure to chose the "resurrection" dogma. With the free update you can select the dogmas you missed but that's very late into the game.

Overall the game was fun, It kept things varied between combat and base building just enough to prevent either from becoming stale. I personally love the art style and the only thing I found lacking were quality of life features (some of which can be easily modded in)

Overall this gets a strong recommendation from me. Go do unspeakable things to your followers

Edit: 6 New achievements were added as part of the free "Sins of the Flesh" DLC addition.
- Most of the new achievements simply reward getting to the end of a gameplay feature, (like making eggs/disciples etc...)
- The Lore and Costume ones however are a different story.. Wasted tens of hours on just the Grindy RNG of trying to get that damned Meat room for the final one.
