absolutely worth the 30 bucks, literally an hd remake with minor changes
pretty buggy in some areas
doesn't change the game much, so steer clear if thats what you're looking for
I'd give it an 8-9/10, buggy, can be beaten in like, 3 minutes, but possibly the perfect game for a child or someone trying to get into gaming

I straight up played Cube World for a solid 10 1/5 hours (and the alpha for numerous more) and I can say that this is a great game. The graphics are lovely, I never run into any fps issues where the game goes below 60 (200 in my case) and there have only been a few hard portions.

Is this the same game from 6 years ago?
Yes and no.

• The aesthetic is still there.
  
• The fun times are still there.
  
• The ability to immerse yourself for hours on end is still there.

Though it is true that this game is not the same as the one so long ago, that doesn't mean it is bad.
The foreboding region locking of weapons is present, yes, but is that a bad thing?
The fact that the regions themselves are so massively expansive allows for you to spend hours upon hours on a session should you desire, collecting the artifact in said region. The fact that it is different from expectations does NOT immediately make it a bad game, it was just not expected to have been the way it was, and I feel like that's what threw most people into a flurry over it.

This game is not the same game, but that doesn't make it a bad game.
It isn't the Cube World everyone adored before, but why does that mean it can't be the Cube World that people still adore?
I'd give the product over all a....
