You need to learn to read, because I've told you this twice. If you didn't cheat, that means someone else did...and it doesn't matter who did the cheating, because you're responsible for ANY activity on your account. Further, if you say "No one used my account"....that means you're the one who cheated.

I wasn't using my account when I received a VAC ban. Can it be removed?
No. Regardless of who was using the account at the time of the infraction, VAC bans are permanent and will not be removed. While we understand this can be frustrating, we must maintain a zero tolerance policy for cheating to foster a fair game that all players will enjoy.

Also, this ONLY happens when a cheat is detected by both OW and VAC.

lol......An account cannot have two bans for the same game on a profile. So, the VAC ban takes precedence on the profile.

Hey Sherlock can you leave my profile because you're ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying and blind af to how fu*ked up the anti cheating system is ? Maybe even that VAC system doesn't exist anymore i mean when an account gets banned it firstly appears as game ban which means overwatch then the next day it turns into a VAC ban so what i'm trying to say is that VALVE uses his own players to make it's anticheating system Overwatch bans accounts sometimes no reason happened to a lot of famous people just google it since you're so interested in that theme Sherlock. So overwatch bans accounts and it appears as a game ban and the next day it turns into a VAC ban and VAC claims all the job people are doing at the end ... which is also messed up ...
