Stuck on monitor bug in first level. Due to that i could not see most of the game, but it seemd like a downgrade form Borderlands 2 in many ways.

Game crashes. I've spent 2 days looking for workaround. Managed to launch the game, but it crashed anyway just before main menu. No contact from support. Refunded.
