update, I finished this game 2 days ago on completely on the Oculus Quest 2 and it was honestly the best VR experience I have ever had.

Yup. Runs better on quest 2 than quest 1. Less stutter and frame skips. Had to rma the bastard because of stuck pixel tho.

just look up a tutorial on how you are connecting to your pc, whether that's the link or virtual desktop, there are many tutorials.

With an 2080 gpu & i7-9700KF, runs pretty good with 5Ghz wifi ac (Headset to router and as well routeur to computer) & Oculus Quest 2.
I get sometimes frame rate drops and very brief freezes but it is not frequent (at least not during the first 30 minutes of the gameplay) and does not affect too much the good vibes of the game, that stays very enjoyable.
However if it gets any lagier I will probably switch to link in order to have a better experience.
I'm very sensitive to motion sickness (sea of thieves and PUBG get me sometimes :( ), and I absolutely got none with Alyx even with the small issues I encountered.

What settings and resolution do you play on?
I own a Gtx 1660 ti, and I have to play on low with the lowest resolution set in the oculus app.
