A classic from 2006 that isn't for everyone. At it's core, Wurm is a point and click with sub-menus upon sub-menus. This can get tedious and the easy workaround is the Crafting Menu.

It's ok by yourself. It's fun with friends.

Don't play this game to survive. I feel to get enjoyment from this game you need to stop and enjoy the view. Yes, you do need to stay alive in this game but that's what you do in every game. 'staying alive' does not make a game a survival genre.

The crafting is taxing. Jumping from planet to station to system in order to gather the materials is the journey with your destination being the gear you want for your character.

This game isn't about surviving, knowing everything or seeing the patterns. It's creating a story for your adventurer.

People are writing reviews saying how this game was overhyped. People set themselves up for disappointment, not the game or developers. I have what I expected. An aesthetic explorative self-written narrative.

Very simple concept of driving a truck around (with people if you use the multiplayer mod) yet engaging and fun.

I really enjoyed this game, really... But.

The main reason I pre-ordered this game was for the 'exclusive' Be The Zombie content which turned out was not exclusive as seen with the 'Ultimate' pack and various on-hand retailers.

Now the game itself... At first the parkour and fighting felt really rough, that's cool. Game mechanic. As you play more you get better, things feel smoother and faster. There are a lot of tricks this game did not include like wall-running for example. Played Mirror's Edge? You'll get what I mean.

Overall, it's a great game but I was disappointed with the misleading advertisements from the time I pre-ordered.
