I usually never replay long storyline games. I am replaying Baldur's Gate 3. That should tell you enough.

Had a bet to 100% this before New Years. Well, I not only succeeded, but enjoyed the game all the way through! I'm usually not the "visual novel" type, but the game isn't that "text heavy" and well, the animation speaks for itself. Sometimes grinding resources or affection levels was a little bit tedious, but that's part and parcel of RPGs.

If you're gay or bi, there's no two ways about it - you need to play this game!!!

Hint for those that are about to play the game: this is *NOT* an RPG where you can afford to skip certain upgrades and just yolo-style an offense-only-build. Even if you only wanna finish the main quest. You are gonna *HAVE TO* get better weapons, you're gonna *HAVE TO* get a better plug & ring, you're gonna *HAVE TO* make better food, you're gonna *HAVE TO* unlock most (or all) battle moves. If you skip any of these, you will come to face battles that are literally impossible to win. The additional stuff *can* be skipped but it saves a tremendous grind. Buying underwear from the Bandit for example may seem costly, but the more you buy, the more rewards you get from grindy minigames. Believe me, it's always worth it.

This actually gave the game what the first version needed: some good artwork and more options to choose from.

Absolutely worth it, can recommend the deluxe version to everybody. The 72h early access was very nice, but the rest of the pack is cool as well!

Honestly among the best games I've ever played! It has exceeded all expectations!
First real game that I managed to complete for 100%!
+ Looks great visually
+ Very interactive combat system
+ Main quests & side-quests tie in well together
+ Exploration is versatile, fun & fast (so no walking simulator)
+ Makes politically sensitive people mad

Worst chess game since it makes me want to lose pieces so that I can see some juicy action :'(
The AI is incredibly dumb though and literally anybody who has played chess for a week can get all achievements in one session.

I just finished the game and it's very great. Definitely worth the €12 for standard or €24 for the complete edition with the 80% discount on release. However, since it took 2 years to come to Steam, I >cannot< advise anybody to get it without a rigorous discount.

+ Ability to swap characters with unique abilities is very nice, even though I played 90% of the game solely as Wrench and Darcy.
- There are no dogs to watch in the entire game so the title kinda feels off.

If you loved Styx: Master of Shadows, you'll also love this one. Even though the storyline in MoS was much better (with quite a twist that I will not spol), this game does deliver in being a good stealth game with various degrees of optional difficulty.

I was really starting to like the game but now that I'm midway through, the game keeps crashing. Got a 3070 Ti, so I expected it to run on high or ultra. Turns out, even setting it on low and disabling the textures DLC doesn't do anything to solve the problem.

Only played campaign, can't judge multiplayer. Might try the game again in a year and see if any updates might fix it. But I doubt it.
