All I could find was screenshots from ModDB, and for whatever reason the URL text formatting was dropped from profile comments.

You mean "SCP-012-B" from the SCP-087-B reskin mod, or do you mean the one from the older versions of the actual game? I don't get what you mean by "-B" at the end there. :box::houndeye:
