I picked Stardew Valley up when it first started getting popular. A few of my friends had just bought the game, and I thought the game looked really cute, so I did as well. Let me just tell you, that might have been one of the best decisions of my life.

This game is more of a lifestyle than a game. Everything feels so good, from working your farm, to standing still for 15 minutes doing nothing but fishing. Planting and nourishing your crops, interracting with the NPC's and engaging in cute events all makes this game the world to me. So many days and nights were spent having an absolute blast, and I felt like this game really touched my heart. I felt genuinely excited when the NPC's liked the gifts I gave them for their birthday. I was intrigued mining further and further down the caves. I was scared when hearing noises in the night, and I felt genuine joy and togetherness during the seasonal events.
I don't think any other game has ever hit home for me in such a way, and I hope everyone at some point gets the pleasure of immersing themselves in this absolute gem of a game.

Thank you Chucklefish, for granting me this amazing, humbling and heartwarming experience. Thank you so very much.
