It's like Amazon and EA are competing against for the title of worst game ever created.
This game is lousy don't waste your time, I played nearly 20 minutes before uninstalling.

I dare you to not buy it, This game will utterly consume your life. You'll lose your precious life.
If you still insist on playing then be prepared to get withdrawal.

I had never played a Yakuza game before and I was looking for a good way to be introduced to the series. If the remaining games are anything like this one, then I am looking forward to the subsequent entries.

The story can be a little melodramatic at times, but that is part of the charm (it will start to grow on you). I was also surprised at the sense of humor in this game. More of the side quests are very entertaining and are well written.

There is a lot to do in the game and various mini games for you to engage in. There were two rhythm heavy mini games which were not my forte, but fun to watch. I also spent quite a bit of time at the slot car races then I would like to admit.

Combat has a lot of depth, but I found myself relying on a style with an easy to mash combo for most enemies. For the bosses, I typically cheesed one combo. There is so much depth and at least four styles for each character that it can be really easy to forget which moves apply to which styles, which is why I opted for the more mashy path.

Graphically, the game alternates between looking pretty good to pretty surreal. I found that areas at night tended to have the most favorable impressions for me. Sound design is solid with ambient noise bringing many of the areas of the game to life and combat feeling engaging.

As for an entry point, Yakuza 0 doesn't rely on you to know any of the characters from the previous games as it is introducing everyone. There were a couple moments were you could tell the development team was hinting at a character becoming important later on, but it only added to my interest to play subsequent entries.

All around, a solid game to play if you are looking for an open world game with a smaller, more tightly designed setting. It was really neat to see a representation of 80's Japan.

Best zombie game ever. The sheer amount of missions, locations, safe places aka camps to conquer, the humour, the hidden places, the characters and man, the action, never felt firing a gun after hours of melee combat so satisfying. Must for open world, zombie or action players. Oh and don't forget the parkour style running action. Everything feels polished and works, This game is a must-buy if you’re into survival-horror, or if you love fast-paced game-play.

Being a Tekken fan for many years and honestly found this a disappointment. No character unlock through arcade mode and needing to purchase players !!! After already purchasing the game !!! This is a real disappointment. This being said the story feature is good and interesting yet does it justify the downfalls ..... I'm afraid not and as for customisation of floating objects or cartoon faces !!! Why ?? It's ridiculous !! And lastly as other comments state the rage feature is a spoil as it doesn't improve your play it's a safety net for those who button bash and takes the fun out of fair combat.

Game is uetterly unbalanced and garbage. You can play 2 to 3 years 5 times a week and still get beaten by a complete novice on there first few games. How? Simply pick a stupid character that has cheesy moves and easy inputs and you will win most people online. Its one of the worst games you can play online avoid.
